We accept payments through PayPal, which means you can use your PayPal account to make a payment, however if you don't have a PayPal account you may simply use your credit card. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PayPal is very safe and secure to use. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us.

RETURN POLICY

Tabs for Teachers wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason our products have failed to meet your expectations, please call or email us within 30 days for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and to arrange a return, replacement, or refund. If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, we will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge or provide you with a full refund. We are also happy to refund your purchase with the return of merchandise within 30 days; however, shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.

You can leave a message any time and we will return your call as soon as possible.

All returns must be in original condition, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Items that have been altered in any way from the original condition cannot be accepted as a return. Be sure to pack your items with the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of your package. We recommend that you keep a copy of the tracking number and shipping receipt for your records. Tabs for Teachers is not responsible for any merchandise lost or damaged en route to us.

A refund will be posted to your credit card once your return is received and processed. It normally takes 2-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transaction once we have authorized the credit.

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives! If the product has been damaged during shipment, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will work to rectify the problem quickly.

PRIVACY POLICY

You can browse the store without worrying about revealing any personal information at all. Personal information is only collected when you are ready to purchase. The only information we collect and store during normal web site browsing is possibly the web site (URL) that referred you to us, the pages visited/requested, product search requests, and date and time of requests. We use this information to generate statistics and measure site activity in order to improve the convenience and productivity of your visits. During normal web site usage, we do not collect or store personal information, such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number or credit card.

When you order products, we collect your contact information (like your e-mail address) and billing information. We do not receive or store your credit card number, that information is maintained by PayPal in their highly secure system. Your contact information from the order form is used to send orders and to get in touch with you when necessary, such as regarding any problems with your order. Billing information that is collected is used to bill you for products and services. When you send us an e-mail, we will retain the content of the e-mail, your e-mail address, and our response in order to handle any follow-up questions you may have.

We use the information you provide about someone else (such as name, address and phone number) when placing an order only to ship the product and confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We will not sell personal information to a third party for the purpose of solicitation or provide personal information to a third party for its own, independent use.
